By default XRONOS applications plot automatically every XRONOS QDP file containing the results of the analysis in each frame. To get access to a number of plot options reply y to the following question:
lc1> Plot options? {n/y}[n]=>
If results should not be plotted, reply n to the following question:
lc1> Plot results? {n/y}[y]=>
By replying i to the following question:
lc1> Interactive or automatic? {i/a}[a]=>
QDP/PLT is left in the interactive plotting mode at the end of each plot and
commands can be entered from the PLT> prompt to allow plot customisation.
If necessary, the plot device (and its default) can be changed by replying to
the following question (enter ? to list available plot devices):
lc1> Pgplot device [/ws ]=>A file containing a set of QDP/PLT commands to be applied to each plot can be specified by replying y to the following question:
lc1> Specify QDP command file? {y/n}[n]=>
and by specifying the QDP/PLT command file in response to the following
question:
lc1> QDP cmd filename [xronos.pco] =>
When running applications lc2 and ef2 the following additional questions are asked:
lc2> Hardness vs. intensity ? {n/y} [n]=>
If the answer is y then the hardness ratio will be plotted against intensity.
By replying to the next question is then possible to specify whether
the intensity on the X-axis should be that of the first series, the second
series or the sum of them (the default):
lc2> Series 1, 2 or sum on X-axis ?
{0, 1, 2}[sum=0]=>
Moreover it is possible to prevent the plotting of the hardness ratio vs.
time, by replying y to the following question:
lc2> Plot only light curves ? {n/y}[n]=>
or to plot the hardness ratio and the sum of the light curves from series 1 and
2 vs. time by replying y to the following question:
lc2> Plot hdns and summed l.c.?{n/y}[n]=>
When running applications lc3 and ef3 the following additional questions are asked:
lc3> Colour-Colour Diagram ? {n/y}[n]=>
If the answer is y than the soft ratio (series 2/ series 1) and hard
hardness ratio (series 3/series 2) will be plotted against each other.
Moreover, it is possible to prevent the plotting of the hardness ratios vs.
time, by replying y to the following question:
lc3> Plot only light curves ? {n/y}[n]=>
