XSPEC and the other parts of the XANADU package are available by anonymous ftp from legacy.gsfc.nasa.gov in software/xanadu or by DECnet copy in lheavx::casper$dka500:[xandist.savesets] (this site may change so contact us if you try to DECnet copy and fail).
