The following qualifiers are used in most XRONOS applications.
Specify plot CoMmanDs in a QDP command FILE
Plot automatically by using additional QDP/PLT commands contained in file file.pco
Display FULL INFOrmation
Run a XRONOS application while displaying the same information as in a XRONOS Question/Answer session.
list also HEADER information
List a summary of the input file header(s) and all parameters of a XRONOS application without running the application itself. This is especially useful to check the defaults and/or the setup specified by the user through other qualifiers.
Write to an IMAGE XRONOS binary file
Reset the output file to be a XRONOS binary file (with extension .xXXX, where XXX is the XRONOS command) containing results from all frames; this can be displayed as a time image (display application not yet available)
List PARaMeters
List all parameters of a XRONOS application without running the application itself. This is especially useful to check the defaults and/or the setup specified by the user through other qualifiers.
Number of newBINS in an interval (I=integer; I<0 for nbins=2**(-I))
Number of newbins in an interval; together with the newbin time duration determines the interval duration and, therefore, the number of intervals over which the analysis will be carried out.
Number of INTegrations in a newbin (I=integer)
Number of times the minimum newbin time (i.e. the longest bin integration time in input file(s)) is to be rebinned to give the newbin time duration. (Not available in ef1, ef2, ef3 and efs).
Run a XRONOS application, displaying only error messages.
Prevent a XRONOS application from plotting results.
Specify OUTput FILEname
Write results from a frame to QDP output file file.qxxx, where xxx is the XRONOS command used to create the file.
Interactive PLT plotting
Leave a XRONOS application in the interactive QDP/PLT plotting/fitting mode (PLT> prompt) after plotting results.
Specify Time duration of NEWBINs (X=real)
Specify newbin time durations (in seconds) to be used in the analysis. The default is to produce a single interval with a number of newbins which changes from one application to another. (Not available in ef1, ef2, ef3 and efs).
TREND removal (I=integer)
Remove a polynomial trend from the input series; I=1,2,3,4 to remove a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th-order polynomial trend, respectively. The trend is determined separately for each interval of each series by using a least square technique. (Not available in ef1,ef2, ef3 and efs).
TREND removal MODE (I=integer)
Specify I=1 (=default) to subtract trend from the time series, I=2 to divide the time series by trend or I=3 to replace the time series with trend.
Use WINDOW file
Use windows from a XRONOS window file file.wi (see application win).
Note that intensity and exposure windows specified for series A, B and C in file.wi will be applied to the data from the input files of series A, B and C, respectively. For example, typing:
[n]Xronos> psd/windows=file cwill cause the power spectral density of series C to be calculated, after the application of the intensity and exposure windows specified in file.wi for series C.
