Specify the application log filename (note the .alog extension). The application log file contains all the interaction with XRONOS applications and results from the analysis which are normally output only to the terminal. Note that this is done in the style of the question/answer user interface, even if the XRONOS session is being run with its partial question/answer or command-driven user interface.
