Open/close a log file
The output to the screen produced by the control program xronos can be
written to a log file. The file is specified by typing:
[n]Xronos> log [filename]
The file is automatically given the extension .log. If no filename is
specified the default of xronos.log is used. If the filename is prefixed with
a +, then the output is appended to an existing file. A log file is closed if
- a new log filename is specified (this will open a new log file),
- the filename is given as none,
- or the control program xronos is exited
Warning: The output to the screen produced by XRONOS applications is not
written to log files. This is written instead to ``application log files"
(.alog), according to global parameters number 2 and 3.
