This chapter describes individual Xronos commands. Applications are the subset
of XRONOS commands which are used to carry out different types of analysis.
A summary of XRONOS commands follows (applications are marked with ``A"):

 -   acf      - Auto Correlation Function with fast method - A
 -   acs      - Auto Correlation function with Slow method - A
 -   alias    - rename a command string
 -   asc      - convert binary file to ASCII - A
 -   buffer   - recall a previous command with terminal recall key
